How we handle your stories
In short, without promises you cannot check: what happens to a story, who processes it and what you can do yourself.
The path of one story
- You answer by voice or in writing, in the browser or in Telegram. Messages to the bot pass through Telegram; if you prefer they did not, tell your stories in the browser and keep the bot for reminders.
- Voice goes to a speech recognition service and comes back as text.
- Your answer and a few recent lines of the conversation go to the AI interviewer so it can ask the next question.
- Recordings, text and edit versions are stored on our server in Finland (Helsinki, hosted by Hetzner).
How we talk about risk
- There is a risk: outside services process your stories, and we name them below.
- The limit: they receive only what is needed for a question or a transcript.
- What you can check: download your archive, delete a story and see its status.
- What we do not guarantee: there is no end-to-end encryption, because it is incompatible with server-side AI.

Checked on 2026-09-30. Where a service's terms are not confirmed, we say so plainly.
Deletion
Once you confirm, a story stops being shown or used in the conversation right away. Files and text are erased by a nightly job; the record marking the deletion is removed after 30 days.
Export
In the Export section of your account, the archive downloads as one zip file after a code sent to your email: voice, text and a JSON description. The downloaded file is yours: it opens without Everanima, with nothing to renew.
What stays outside our service
Messages in Telegram stay in your chat with the bot. A downloaded archive stays wherever you saved it.
What we do not claim
We do not claim that no one can ever read your stories: the server operator has technical access. The service's management panel does not contain the content of stories.
